We at razeestore.shop have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To Be Eligible for a Return

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at info.razeestores@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:

    • A prepaid return shipping label

    • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info.razeestores@gmail.com if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

We’ll evaluate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non‑returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Personal care goods (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to:

  1. Return the original item following the above steps.

  2. Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period

If you’re in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without giving justification. As above, the item must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.

Refunds

  1. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved.

  2. If approved, your refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

  3. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval notification, please contact us at info.razeestores@gmail.com.
