Refund Policy
At Razeestore, we are dedicated to ensuring a great shopping experience. While we do not offer refunds, we’re happy to provide replacements when eligible.
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

When Can You Request a Replacement? You can request a replacement if:
- The product has a technical issue.
- The product arrives damaged, has missing accessories, or visible defects.
- The product doesn’t match the description or specifications listed on our website.
How to Request a Replacement
Report the Issue:
- For technical issues, submit your request within 7 days of delivery.
- For physical damage or missing items, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Login to Your Account:
Login to your account and start a replacement request by providing your Order ID and uploading clear images of the product.
Ship the Product to Us:
After submitting the request, our team will guide you on how to ship the product back to us for a physical examination. Make sure to securely package the product to prevent any damage during transit.
What Happens Next?
- Once we receive the product, we’ll examine it.
- If the issue is verified, we’ll send you a replacement.
- If the product is out of stock (color/variant), we’ll offer an alternative of equal value. The warranty will remain valid based on the original purchase date.
- If no issue is found, the same product will be returned to you.
Cases Where Replacement May Not Be Possible We strive to ensure a fair process for every replacement request. However, certain situations do not qualify for replacements:
Delayed Reporting: If physical damage, missing items, or defects are not reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product, the replacement request will not be considered. Timely reporting helps us assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Personal Preferences: If the concern is about the look, feel, or color of a product that is otherwise defect-free, a replacement will not be offered. Minor differences in shades or aesthetics are not considered defects.
Damage After Delivery: Any damage caused after delivery, such as by mishandling, liquid spills, accidental drops, or exposure to extreme conditions, is not eligible for replacement.
Unauthorized Repairs or Misuse: If the product has been repaired or tampered with by unauthorized persons or shows signs of misuse, it will not qualify for replacement.
Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear due to regular usage over time is not considered a defect and will not qualify for replacement.
Electrical Surges or Environmental Damage: Damage caused by power surges, overcharging, pests, or pets is not eligible. Additionally, products exposed to extreme heat, cold, or humidity will not be replaced.
