SHIPPING HUB

All your orders are packed and shipped from our facility situated in Karachi. Your package stays in our facility for 1 day, after which it is assigned to our logistic partners, sorted, and sent to relevant stations for delivery.

SHIPPING COST

We are committed to providing the best value to our customers. Therefore, razeestore.shop offers free shipping on all orders over Rs. 1,200/- across Pakistan.

Note: Shipping charges of Rs. 200/- apply to orders under Rs. 1,200/-.

SHIPPING SYSTEM

At razeestore.shop, we understand how hard it is to wait for your favorite products. That’s why we use top-tier services from trusted logistics providers to minimize delivery time.

1) WITHIN CITY SERVICE

For Karachi, the package will be delivered within 24 hours.

2) OTHER CITY SERVICE

For cities within Punjab, delivery will be completed within 24–48 hours.

Note: Delivery may take longer due to political unrest, weather conditions, or if the destination is in an Out of Service Area.

3) OTHER PROVINCE SERVICE

For provinces other than Punjab, delivery will be completed within 78–96 hours.

Note: Delivery may be delayed under unforeseen circumstances or Out of Service Area issues.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

Customers can easily track their order status by entering the tracking number on the Leopard Courier website in the "Track Your Order" section. The tracking number will be sent via SMS once the package is ready for dispatch.

SHIPMENT CHECKING

We do not recommend customers open and check their shipments at the time of delivery. Our products include electronics, home & kitchen items, and toys, which may require user manuals and setup. The checking process takes time, and our delivery personnel are on strict delivery schedules.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment will be authorized after a confirmation call with the customer. Orders are subject to stock availability.
