Shipping Options

- Standard Delivery (for orders over 2.0 kg): Delivery Time: 48-72 working hours (excluding holidays, weekends, and 2-day processing time).
- Express Delivery (for orders under 2.0 kg): Delivery Time: 24-48 working hours (excluding holidays, weekends, and 2-day processing time).
Note: Delivery times may vary due to weather, political conditions, or if your address is in an Out of Service Area.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send you a tracking number via SMS. You can easily track your package by entering this tracking number in the “Track Your Order” section on our website.
Checking Your Package at Delivery
We suggest not inspecting or testing your product at the time of delivery. Many of our products are electronic devices, and you may need to refer to the manual to properly set up and use them. Delivery teams have tight schedules, so on-site checks are not possible.
Rest assured, if there are any issues with your product, it’s covered under our Replacement Policy, including defects, damages, or missing accessories.
